How it works

We confirm you own it. Title in your name, any loan payoff identified. That's the
one thing we can't skip — it's what the dealer license requires.
We list it and market it. Photography and listing arrangements agreed with you first.
You consider offers. Nothing is accepted without you. Your price stands until you
choose to change it.
We close it properly. Inspection, loan payoff, title transfer, payment and handover —
handled under dealer license #69161.
What you take home
Your sale price, minus our fee, minus any loan payoff and costs you've agreed to.
